  Bullying is something people hear about all the time at school. Teachers talk about it. Posters warn about it. Assemblies explain it. But hearing about it is not the same as watching it happen, and it is definitely not the same as being the one it happens to. A lot of bullying does not start with anything dramatic. It usually begins with small moments that almost seem harmless. A quick laugh. A comment that seems like a joke. Something that most people would never think twice about. But these little moments can stick in the mind of the person being targeted, and slowly they begin to grow into something much heavier. Homophobia today is a significant cultural issue. In one survey , one in three LGBTQ adults came forward as victims of discrimination because of who they love. Over time, countless people from all different paths of life have suffered at the hands of Homophobia . A huge amount of our population has been affected by this hatred. In the United States, Homophobia, or sexual orientation bias according to FBI data, is the third-most common motivation for hate crimes. While the public’s opinion has generally changed from recent years towards something more positive, it’s important to keep addressing these issues.    Homophobia is defined as “dislike of or prejudice against gay people. ”. Ivanka Trump Warns America About Workplace Harassment When Ivanka Trump declared that "harassment of women in the workplace cannot be tolerated", she directly stated the crisis in this country that many companies still choose to ignore. There is a serious moral problem causing workplace harassment. She pointed out how workplace culture fails to treat women with proper respect. Ethically companies should not tolerate any form of harassment. When employees come to work they should expect safety and respect rather than facing harassment. In today's workplace, corporations often portray themselves as employee focused, but they still allow for toxic behavior to occur within their company.
